Cancellation & Refund Policy

Innera provides access to digital software subscriptions. Once a subscription is activated, payments are generally non-refundable.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Accidental or duplicate payments
  • Verified technical issues that prevent access to the service

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting team@innera.ai.

Subscriptions that have been extensively used, including meaningful AI-powered interactions or use of premium features, are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to the original payment method.
